Look for our tree tours with Longwood Gardens in their course book for April and October. The cost has come down, but the quality of the trip remains high! We will visit some new nominations, and some old champs in need of a remeasure.

We are always in need of back issues of "Big Trees of Pennsylvania" If you are near a champion and can get us a picture, we would appreciate it. Even to let us know that a champ is still alive and well if it hasn't been measured lately.

Scott Arboretum's champion Kentucky Coffee Tree

The Pennsylvania Forestry Association's Big Tree Committee presents the 2006 register . It has been printed and is for sale for the low price of $10. Proceeds will go to the operation of this website and a future printing of the book. This edition features color pics and some history lessons, along with the complete list of champion trees and many runner ups.
