A former co-champion Staghorn Sumac was located in Dubois,
PA. It was measured and nominated in 1987 and listed in the 1993 Pa Champion Tree listing. When
trying to verify the
specimen in Nov 2005, it was found that the tree had since be blown down
and removed.
